พันธกิจ
ดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการบริหาร พัฒนาและบริการบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย ภายใต้กระบวนการทำงานที่เป็นระบบและถูกต้องตามระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลสูงสุด โดยแบ่งภารกิจหลักออกเป็น 3 ด้านดังต่อไปนี้
